HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please give us 1-2 days to process and handle your order. After that, the product will be dispatched from the Hong Kong warehouse, and the standard shipping time will take about 7-10 working days.
- For orders with a shipping address in the US, you have the option to pay for shipping to enjoy 2-3 day delivery. Products will be shipped from U.S. warehouses, and paid fulfillment will be provided by FBA or USPS. (For products that are in stock in U.S. warehouses)
- For orders with a shipping address in the UK, you have the option to pay for shipping to enjoy 2-3 days delivery. Products will be shipped from UK warehouses and Royal Mail will offer paid fulfillment. (For products in stock in UK warehouses)

HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Use the TRACK YOUR ORDER function on our website. Enter the email you left when you placed the order, and the order number: nk+8 digits to check your order. Please note that if you did not leave your email address when placing the order, the order will not be able to tracked. You can leave us a message and we will check it for you.
DO BUYERS HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR DUTIES?
No, Nank is responsible for this part of the cost, but for some countries, we may require some information from the customer (such as tax id) to assist with customs clearance.
HOW THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?
- For packages in the US, we usually ship through USPS or Amazon Logistics US all the way;
- For packages in the UK, we usually ship through Royal Mail all the way;
- For other countries, the air freight from the country of origin to the destination country is handled by Yanwen Express, and after reaching the destination, the local postal or logistics company will deliver it to your delivery address, and the delivery information can be tracked with the tracking number throughout the process.
